Since getting my diagnosis in my early 20s I have become more and more passionate about supporting others who are like me!
Free Consulation:
I offer a free, 20 minute, telephone consultation before our first session.
This provides a good opportunity to see whether we are a good fit, to continue your counselling journey together. If this is the case you can book your first session at the end of the consultation. We can also discuss any worries you might have about starting therapy, and what our sessions together might look like.
If you are worried that this is not the right fit for you, we can also discuss this and I will do my best to signpost you to somewhere or someone that is.
