My Therapeutic Approach:
I mainly work with neurodiverse individuals, whether that be diagnosed, self diagnosed or just curious about what the neurodiverse label means.

Since getting my diagnosis in my early 20s I have become more and more passionate about supporting others who are like me!
Therapy with Me:
So, you read the bit on about my therapeutic approach- but what does it actually mean?

It means I want to create a space where you can feel seen, heard and understood. A space where you can talk about the things that are bothering you without judgement.
This looks different for different people, for some this means jumping from topic to topic and trusting that what needs to be said will be. For others this might be working through one thing at a time and wanting help to stay on task.
Either way, we can work together to figure out what works for you
