The Seven Eyed Model- Hawkins & Shohet, 1985

I am trained to conduct supervision using the Seven-Eyed Model developed by Hawkins and Shohet (1985). This is a relational and systemic way of working. It covers what happens within the counsellor/ client relationship and the supervisee/ supervisor relationship whilst considering the wider context of all parties (the client, the supervisee, and the supervisor).
